how would l know? you need to login first. never saw the app. is this the new “My H2o” app? ( l use the yellow app since month, looks like the dealer version) how would l know? despite auto-pay my account ran out of money. ‘cannot login in with pw feature. the support will not fix a paying issue, want me to call a number to be fixed wth??

Doesn’t save login info so you have to type it in every time. Doesn’t support Face ID. Doesn’t save your credit card information or address, so you have to type it in every time you want to make a purchase.

While the cellular service is very good, the options offered are misleading — hotspot data is for the duration of MONTHLY refresh, not the duration of the plan.
