First if you’re a new user immediately cut your losses and give up they’ll give you a password that doesn’t work and lock you out of your acc which mind you locks after 2 tries good luck trying to call because even when you do call during office hours the automated voice will just repeat things over and over and over extremely annoying and unprofessional let me pay my electricity bill

TWO major issues: 1.) When paying by AES app, you must use a credit or debit card, which incurs an additional fee. You cannot pay by bank account on the app to avoid the fee. 2.) I have never successfully completed an online payment using the app. I am a tech-savvy person who has paid all bills online for 10+ years. I have updated the app, tried on different devices, and restarted my device. The app simply does not work. I have called the customer service line to pay my bill every single time.

Ever since we all received new act numbers the app has not updated! The app is still stuck on the Oct billing cycle so I cannot use the app to look at my bills or track my payments. Very frustrating!
