I share just about all the frustrations with the app that “Can you fix it?” expresses, although my app does occasionally load. The pharmacy staff has always been (and continues to be) wonderful whenever I call to check on order status, but I know their time would be much better spent filling prescriptions and helping members with more important issues. I want to echo “Can you fix it?” in the hope that this feedback not be viewed as a complaint but instead a gentle nudge to please fix the app so it can reliably provide the valuable service it was intended to. Being able to use the app to order refills and check order status 24/7 would be a great benefit to tribal members … if it only worked well.
This app will not ever allow me to view my prescriptions to add & refill, constantly shows a circling star like it is trying to load. Phone is updated & it’s always been this way. Randomly wouldn’t load, & now it just never does. Also, there is no communication between the app & the pharmacy when I choose to have it mailed or placed in the locker- it will always default to whatever the pharmacy has on file. Sometimes it is a refill I need that day, other times it will be fine if it comes in the mail and I’d like to able to choose if it says it’s an option. Also changed phone numbers, doesn’t matter how many times I change it, the “ready” text or verification code still sends to my old phone number. I didn’t place this review to just complain, hoping someone will take the feedback & update how the app is working & it’s communication with the pharmacy to be better suitable for use. The pharmacy has always been really helpful, I think the app is just more trouble than it’s worth.
See title: even told staff to update recording but they didn’t. Also I keep having same problem as sudzomatic! See their review. I have an iPhone13. Can’t believe tribe hasn’t fixed this or gotten rid of it and designed a new one.
