I purchased this app in hopes of improving my diabetes. After I purchased the three month plan so I could really give it a go and see if it would work for me, I discovered that it didn’t take my GLP-1 med (ozempic), didn’t take me sensor (Freestyle Libre 2), and wouldn’t let me put in more than one glucose reading (as in before and after meals). It also had very limited recipes. This was all within 15 minutes of purchase. I contacted them and asked to cancel it for the above reasons. They canceled it immediately, but refused to refund my money, so I paid for three months and got 15 minutes. All they wanted to do was upsell more products. Highly don’t recommend.
I paid the initial amount (I believe it was $15) to give it a shot fit a couple of weeks. Went through the recipes, they were all very uninspired and basic, and not at all what I was looking for. So I cancelled it and deleted the app. A month later they attempted to charge me $99 multiple times, but my bank blocked the charge. I went through my emails (including junk) to see what was trying to charge me, and there were no emails, nothing. Finally got an email today (after 3 weeks of constant attempted charges) saying they had canceled my membership (that I already cancelled, deleted, and forgot about!). Not worth the initial amount, definitely not worth $99 more! Update- there are now attempts to charge my bank account for $53, two months after cancelling. Do not sign up for this app!
I started this diet, hesitantly , in hopes that it would help get my blood sugar levels down, and it has worked greatly in just a week
