Global Passport Photo Maker

After downloading the app and paying their subscription I used the passport photo maker (using country specific settings) to create a photo for a passport renewal. After submitting the passport renewal application the passport office rejected the photo created by this app for not meeting their Country’s minimum passport photo requirements. After this happened again the second time I used another app to take my passport photo and check minimum requirements, that was accepted by the passport office. I have emailed the application support a couple of times now and never heard anything back. Bottom line is this application is not fit for purpose and customer support is non existent.

I understand making this a paid service but I don’t need a subscription??? I just needed ONE picture and I ended up just paying the $7 for the “weekly” subscription and immediately canceling it since it did not automatically add the original uncorrected photo to my library. Have a one-time purchase for $0.99 as an option. If there is that option, it’s not clear how to get it and the app makes it look like if you don’t purchase the subscription you will lose your photo.

This app is fantastic! It offers options for passport photos from various countries, which saved me when renewing my Ethiopian passport. The process was smooth, and they approved my photo right away. Highly recommend!
