FWD Flyer

I provided all the documents for a personal accident and they keep asking the details of the event to be able to twist the words from an accident to "over-stretching" and reject my claim!! I have never seen a horrible service like this before.

Tried to login in mobile but keep having “login failed” and tells that i dont have an account in FWD. but when i tried via browser it works.

I give all my documentation but end up it coming asking the same questions for the same document, which is very frustrating that I don’t even what document is needed there is no sample what kind information is need. Information given by them is too general.
