Funfull - Unlimited Family Fun

This is my second year purchasing this the year pass. The first year was mostly good. There was some changes but still had plenty of available options. I went ahead and bought it again this year on their Black Friday sale. Which insect because they told me I would either lose the remaining days of my old membership to add my new membership. Well that felt like a low blow. They said they would try to fix it however, I still lost like a week and a half. Better than a month, but still feels unfair. You have to buy a membership for each person. Shortly after the sale ended, things started dropping off to now is only pay options. we’re only available during the week or one time. As to where they were unlimited and free. There is now only two options available that are free on the weekend. And a handful of items that you can pay for a discounted price. At this point, a Groupon would’ve been cheaper than this member. I tried to contact the company and inform them of their lack of availability and if I could cancel my membership. And get a prorated refund. The answer is no. You could do this with a monthly membership, which they no longer allow you to have. But not an annual and you’re not allowed to do it if you’ve used the membership at all. Even from last week to this week, they are losing items. Their response they’re allowed to change what’s available whenever they want. Save yourself the money. It might seem like a great idea at the beginning, but they don’t have to keep the things on it. It’s now a waste of money for us, and I will spread the word to everyone that they can change what they offer make it essentially worth worthless. Even the “free movie ticket” has a bunch of fees attached so it’s not free.

I subscribed to FunFull, and it's been a game-changer for family fun! For a reasonable monthly fee, my kids and I get access to tons of activities either for free or at seriously discounted rates. We're talking trampoline parks, bowling alleys, skating rinks, mini golf – you name it! What I love most is the variety. There's always something new to try, and it's made planning weekend outings so much easier. Plus, the discounts are legit. It's awesome because it encourages us to get out of the house and do things together without breaking the bank. If you're looking for a way to keep your kids entertained and create lasting memories without emptying your wallet, FunFull is definitely worth checking out. It's been a huge hit in our family, and I highly recommend it!

The app when we first got it and the membership early this year was great. There was free kayaking and the other options were good as well. Now, the app contains ads all over the place. The main place being when trying to check in you are forced to watch an ad. Second locations listed on the app are not necessarily still active on the site or even open for business. Locations are not that close to us so we took the time and travels 40 minutes to a location listed in the app that showed as open. The business was not at the address listed in the app. The phone number in the app also did not work. I had to search else where to find the correct phone number. After calling I learned that this business is no longer offering services and permanently closed. Lastly, when a business moves from unlimited to now paying it reduces the value of us the end users. When we purchased into the membership for a specific business discount. This membership no longer makes since because the benefits decrease each time a business moves from unlimited to paid with discount. There are not enough unlimited businesses on the app that are worth while to visit to make the app a good return on investment. I was already not planning on renewing this next year. Now I definitely won’t be.
