I’ve had problems ever since they created this app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Don’t believe the description that says you can check your tickets to see if they are winners. I tried contacting the “chat feature” for help and it just kept putting me back in the queue. So, I called the customer service number and evidently that number is for PA ilottery as well because after giving her my email, she asked if I had a PAilottery account and I said I have a Delaware ilottery account, then she found it and told me the scanner is only for entering tickets for points and second chance drawings. So, I read her the description on the APP STORE that says “check your tickets to see if they are winners” and she said “Someone must have forgot to remove that, Is there anything else I can help you with?” That’s the best feature of the app and they took it away? Maybe because half the time it didn’t work anyway, since the “new” app took over. DELAWARE LOTTERY . . . . DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

It’s terribly slowwww….. in addition, every time I go into the App I have Face ID and yet still have to login?? And always tells me that there is an error, yet still has my profile info, scans tickets and adds points from losing tickets. Now I cannot get any points, keeps stating to contact Support?? Ugh…. plus, in order To check the Players Club 2nd chance drawings for Winners there is no list for weeks. Why, suddenly is this happening? Are they getting rid of this App? If not, they should! Or at the very least, update the App or create a new app..

Not a fan of the new update at all and miss the old setup. Your email login is no longer saved and needs input each time. You can’t see your total points unless you go into a drawing to enter. Also got an email about a bonus for upgrading the app and don’t see anything in my account about that. The App is now noticeably slower when scanning tickets and freezes up if scanning a few tickets back to back. If someone wants to deposit money and play online, make that a separate app. The only positives about the upgrade are the app no longer beeps when scanning tickets and a game loads for the second chance Jurassic Park tickets.
