immediate attention required to the deplorable state of milk delivery service from FTH. Consistent delays disrupt morning routine, making your service unreliable. Your customer support is virtually unreachable, leaving customers frustrated and without recourse when issues arise. This is one of the most customer service platform, but I have ever seen, and they never reachable. Furthermore, your delivery personnel are unapproachable, preventing direct resolution of minor concerns. Most critically, I'm repeatedly receiving spoiled milk packets, posing health concerns and indicating a severe failure in your quality control. This situation is unsustainable and completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt investigation and concrete actions to rectify these persistent problems.

Have been using FTH Daily for close to 3 years and been having a great experience so far. Good inventory, very easy to place orders on the app, and the deliveries are completely hassle-free. The orders arrive early in the morning, and money isn’t deducted unless delivery is complete. The best feature is being able to set plans or recurring deliveries and being able to customise them. Returns and refunds are also processed smoothly and we’ve had zero issues with their services so far. Besides there are good offers on the app every now and then and most of the prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

Recently had a issue with regards to product delivery but none of their customer support was ready to help nor no reply for my emails sent. Customer support team is useless for this app.
