Frisch's Big Boy

I downloaded app (again) unable to use app because I cannot login. I tried my email addresses for forgot password. they told me there was no account found under that email address on both I tried to create a new account put in all the information and it said there was already an account under that email address and to login. Unable to login. Tried to get a help online on the app and there’s no help menu, no number to call, etc. I spent a good 15 to 20 minutes fooling around with this app and finally just went through the drive-through and ordered it on the speaker. also tried to order as a guest and didn’t give me any drink options except for shakes. It’s either order a combo or a sandwich or a shake. I could not add on anything that I wanted to add on. this app needs a major overhaul.

Ate at Frisch’s on Miller Lane for the first time in over a year! We stopped going because of their lack of customer kindness, lack of staff and the food was awful. Although it wasn’t my choice but, because of Mother’s Day we were able to get into this Frisch’s with a minimal wait! I was so surprised!! The staff was friendly, the restaurant was spotless and our server was Alexis B, She was the best server ever!!!! The breakfast bar was well stocked and it was the best I have ever tasted!!! I will let everyone I know how much this restaurant has improved!! I am so happy and believe me, we will definitely be back!!!

Today, I was very disappointed with the selection that I had for meatless choices. Normally, I would get the fish sandwich but I am having fish tonight so wanted something different. You didn’t have the shrimp and grits like you did last year. That was delicious and I got that many times during the Lent season. I also thought egg salad would’ve been a good choice but you didn’t have that either. I ended up with a cup of clam chowder, a tossed salad since I couldn’t get just the salad bar and onion rings. Those were all good but not quite what I was looking for. Your server was very nice and patient as I made my selection but she didn’t have any suggestions because there wasn’t much to tell me.
