Ok, for this app, the key is patience. After the initial download, the app needs to download additional content, represented by the bar traveling across the top. Then, after you tap “Accept,” you will be taken to a main screen. From there you may download the cultural awareness training you desire or simply view materials related to culture and language training, as well as language testing. But the key is patience.
