Flybuys

During the beginning of August 2022 I’d done a few transactions but they can not be seen since the app only saying track to June 2022. Points take days to arrive, bonus points take more than 4 weeks. Promotions come up after I’ve done a shop, which has become the most frustrating because I’m not spending to be rewarded. Spending anything needs to be rewarded since most of us are struggling. The app tracks me, tracks my spending so just after I’ve spent, arrives a promotion that says “ spend that again, now to be rewarded, who cares if you just did, we only going to reward you after you do it again”. Oh and making the spending amount bigger but not making the points worthwhile. Nope. Keeping to my budget. NOW they update the app and one day in its more frustrating than the last. Highlighted icons to show you have something to check out, oh there is nothing, but the highlight not cleared. Just update the lag between when you purchase something and the points come, that’s all that needed fixing.

I’m 65 sorting my knowledge to upload or download, I’m getting there, I found I had too repeat sign in & password, it’s called patients at this age you start too loose that, kept at it it’s all set too go I redeemed petrol, all done👍 I’m a Chef, I cook privately, I use Coles products when I cook up a storm, I’ve had no complaints of the superiority of the products from Coles, I shop at Margret River Western Australia your staff is amazing everyone loves them never heard of a bad word spoken, I would love too win the 250,000 points as I haven’t had a holiday in 4years I’ve just got on top an ordeal with cancer, lots of positives in my life that’s what I receive from your staff, again thanking you🙏🫶🏻🍀

I like the concept of saving money but Woolworths rewards are way better I don’t need my physical card to access my money which is utterly ridiculous and frustrating that you need it with fly buys I also have my flybuys connected to my catch account and recently got a flybuys offer to get 2000 points for 1 shop so long as I shopped at somewhere like Catch, Coles, Bunnings etc I have bought a bottle of milk at Coles also and neither of my shops have triggered my offer and no points through shopping with Catch? When I went to speak with someone and was trying to find the details of my shop through catch (this is me talking to people about my flybuys points)I explained I was trying to upload things and was told off when I couldn’t immediately find the copy of full receipt and everything just booted me out of the apps! Now I need to either find my physical card or wait until it comes in the mail and 7days plus to wait for a card really? My Mum use to work for coles Myer and flybuys have been around as long as I remember why can they not keep up!
