Highly enjoyable articles broken down by nutrition or science -there are plenty of them. I found the clinics section particularly interesting since the app allow you to find the according to your location. The only drawback , it seems to me , that the workouts seem a bit nom-interactive and generic . The home and workout page should be merged into one.

I am always looking for new apps to try and change up my fitness routine, sometimes doing the same thing over and over gets boring. This app is great, well organized, easy to navigate and has really cool graphics, good quality app! I like that it keeps track of your workouts and streaks. Would definitely recommend, whether you are a big gym rat or not, great workouts!

I love to exercise so I am always looking for new Apps. Especially now that I'm over 40. This App is easy to maneuver but think it can use a little extra help to bring out the best. The article section is a great idea! Love it! The Clinics in my area and not set up but coming soon. The Plans section are bland on 1page no direction if there is anything on different body parts until you click the Lightening icon. I think it would be more efficient if it was all on the 1st screen of plans section. An idea that can help is also add a weight tracking icon! So as people work out on a daily or weekly basis they can monitor their weight :) other than that App is easy!
