First Western Bank

FWB - is more than a Bank to me . The Bank I have been with for 30yrs it is like familiar friends and family ! The bank gives me a sense of security in my life . I could never use another bank ..

Easy to navigate app, haven’t run into technical problems and I’m always able to access and navigate my account easily. Sadly I cannot use the app right now as it is no longer accessible with my older phone as it requires IOS 16. It would be helpful if there were older versions available so that I could still access it.

Hi everyone! If you have ever wanted to feel like you’re walking or even going through a drive Thru where it seems everyone knows you on a personal level, is always truly friendly ( not because they have to) and always is willing to work with you at any given time… this is definitely the bank to use!;). I have banked here for several years now and when I’ve had financial difficulties or just regular issues trying to figure out maybe something on the App, the people here will literally walk you through every step of the way… right there even in the drive - Thru! During my financial issues, they have worked with me and even removed late fees! I only wish they had more banks in the area , because there is no other bank I would go to;) Thank you ALL for being so kind at all times, professional and going above and beyond any expectations!
