I recently got scammed and had to close my checking account and open a new one, Jeanette, Jackie and some of the other ladies were extremely helpful and nice to work with me in my situation. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

I LOVE the new app. It takes a little getting used to but the capabilities are amazing. I love how it gives you a snapshot of transactions across all accounts...ease of viewing specific accounts and so much more. It’s 100% than the last app. At first I had trouble signing into the app and understanding a few of the features...but Christian in customer service was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in getting me signed in and showing me the ins and outs of the new app. Change can sometimes be frustrating but to me it shows that our bank is always looking for new and better ways to better serve their customers. Grand savings bank has provided exceptional service and I especially love how - no matter the location - that the staff always remember my name.

I’m not at all happy with new version of app. Not user friendly at all. Now I can’t even use it. I try to open app-it says it needs to be updated. I hit “update button and it takes me to App Store and there is no update. I hit open and it opens app and we start the process over again as it says app needs to be updated. I can’t get into my account. Messed up. Worthless.
