This new app version is so much better than the old one. I can finally see my balance with every transaction. There are many new features and you can check your credit score and Chambers also monitors credit too now. Although, I already am having this done. In the beginning, I had to have cust. ser. help me sign in. Hopefully, there will be very few bugs. Good going Chambers.

I consistently get a ‘we are unable to long you in at the moment. Please try again later’ message. I’ve verified through my number, my information is correct. I understand the security of it all, but this is so frequent for me that I’m just frustrated. I am constantly checking my balance every time I make a purchase and it is driving me nuts to repetitively be told- NO. Why??

I love this app and the way it is designed, however, I feel as though it SHOULD be updated more frequently to ensure that bugs and minor issues are constantly being policed up. I haven’t been able to use the app for a few days. Instead I’ve had to go online which is much more difficult to navigate on cellular devices.
