The app collects far more info than I would like, but it is a bank, after all. But the bad aspect is that there is no app-specific privacy policy, and no app-specific user support to talk about it. All links in the app store that should provide you with this info and support just send you to the bank’s website, where I could not find app-specific info. I thought you had to do better than this to be an Apple app.
I have had a personal and business account with this company now for three years and I got to say they definitely go above and beyond and give you that Hometown touch. I can’t say enough about Melony Graves my go to gal, and all the times that she has gone above and beyond for me. Five stars all the way!
I love that at anytime I want or need to check on my banking or make sure certain bills have been paid all I have to do is open an app on my phone. It is a self explanatory site. It isn’t hard to use at all. I used to call the bank multiple times a week or even a day to ask a question or get my correct balance, etc. To anyone thinking of trying it out I would for sure. It doesn’t cost anything and if you don’t like it or you feel it isn’t useful to you all you need to do is delete it, that simple. 🙂
