The new update to the online banking has been very convenient. Once you play around with the app everything is easily accessible. It wasn’t too difficult to add everything back such as external accounts. With every new update there’s going to be some issues that will arise in the process, but with this new app it is easy to navigate.

The app has improved so much. More than your everyday banking. You can check your credit score, manage all your card settings like setting alerts so you won’t spend over a certain amount. Connects with an external institution. The transaction was smooth form the previous app also!

This app was so much better before the update. Granted FaceID never consistently worked, the app features made up for it. It’s unfortunate the app developers took away the in app transaction log option and the available vs true balance feature. It was nice to have the option of listing all my transactions that didn’t post immediately, so that I did not over spend. All of that has been removed, and it’s an inconvenience to say the least. Everything doesn’t always need to be upgraded, if it means taking away features no one complained about.
