I have hated this app as long as I’ve had it. It is minimalistic and sparse looking. The login is the worst part. Clicking “remember me” doesn’t do anything. They force you to make a new password every so often. If you leave the app for just a second and come back, you often have to log back in. While I’m here, I’m going to complain about the bank itself too. Why the hell do they close at 4:30 mon-thurs? The bank next door closes at 6 every day. I will be closing my accounts when my loan is paid off. I do not like the bank or its app.

Most of the features work well, albeit a little slow and clumsy. The constant signing out of the app and having to retype in my password way too often makes it difficult to keep up with my bank account in real time. Adding the ability to continue on with a face or thumb ID helped but it eventually signs me out at the most inconvenient times when I don’t have my password handy to re-enter (which I have to write down because they still make you change the password every 6 months or so with a password you haven’t ever used before.)

Firstbank Southwest is so accommodating and all the personnel so friendly, I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. To my friends and newcomers to town, I always recommend Firstbank!! Keep up the good work. You have many satisfied customers.
