This app is great. I’ve ordered lots of food. But today I could not place an order because “oops you need to specify a time.” Very disappointed. I had the time specified as ASAP when I chose that location but it still does not work. Note: I think it has to do with the thanksgiving items in my cart. But, even when I remove those items and replace them with regular items it still says I need to pick a time. So I can’t even order ribs. Update: I was able to place my order. However, I was not able to fix this by simply clearing my cart with the special Holiday items. I had to close the app completely and restart it and not select any special Holiday items. Once you add a special Holiday item then it will not let you order in the present but only for a future date. I was about to not place an order at all because of this. Changing the rating to 5 stars now. My only complaint now is y’all are going to make me fat from ordering so much food on this app.

Visited Famous Dave’s May 3, 2024. I can always give Grace to having low staff and not having the best service, literally just had her order taken. Our food dropped and our ticket dropped off. Had to ask for water refill. My biggest complaint was the price of the food, the charges on the food and the quality/quantity for the price. The taste was good but we each got the pick 2 and there was an up charge for different meats and there was an up charge to get a salad so it wasn’t just $20. It was $24 and I got the roast chicken, which was literally the size of my palm for two pieces of dark meat and I got brisket which was four slices of brisket for $24 with a salad. I was supposed to have potato salad as my second side, which I never received and didn’t think of it till after I left, I thought my plate looked a little bare, but I forgot about the potato salad. We also had to ask for butter and honey for our cornbread, that was not on the plate either, but it was hard to get anyone to come by the table. So $54 later it was not a great experience.

I think the review above mine sounded like an entitled Karen expecting everyone to cater to her whims. God forbid you have to get your own soda. Every famous Dave’s I have been to had drinks assemble to customers. So her complaining about having to wait for someone to get her drink is beyond ridiculous. I bet she didn’t even tip for that service! If your seeking full service either do curb side to go or go somewhere else ya big baby. They have good customer service & the foods always been good when I was there. At any place that’s busy is going to have delays with packed tables & if you have a problem with that maybe you should just go somewhere that’s not busy. I gave 5 stars instead of 4 to offset her ridiculous review! & I should do more reviews. It’s messed up that people only leave reviews to complain!
