☆☆☆☆Appalling Hoyts App3/7/2023
Rubbish!

I have had to contact “help & support” 4 times over a 10 day period, only to revive no help or support! The app continuously crashes, there’s no workflow systems in place so the last operator can see or follow up on previous correspondence. They’re unable to find customers complaint/ concerns because they are unable to see last chat. The amount of time you have to sit in the app or call to contact rewards is ridiculous, just to claim missing points. I filled in 2 seperate claim forms for missing points only to find out from chatting to help and support that they couldn’t locate my forms. It’s just a waste of time and extremely time consuming process for the simplest of tasks. Flybuys have a great system where consumers can return to the retailer with receipt, within 7 days to scan your card and claim missing points on your shop. IT JUST MAKES SENSE- WOOLWORTHS REWARDS - You should take a page out of flybuys customer care book and learn from it! Also whilst I’m here I have extreme security concerns, especially with all the data breaches here in Australia providing ALL of my private/ personal details in a chat environment with overseas call centres only to be cut off each time! Who then has access to these details.. just to claim points or speak to an operator. You really need to pick up your game WOOLWORTHS REWARDS!!!!

BWS Corowa Store

I don’t shop here as often as l used to mainly due to the customer service where once it was fantastic prompt helpful and friendly but in the last 18 to 12 months it certainly isn’t any of those Today when l entered l felt that kid interrupted the two ladies on duty conversation as l asked for 4 slabs of hot Carton Dry stubbies she pointed to the space they were and asked for my card to pay which l did didn’t make a effort to help me get them to my car and when l said there was only 2 left she stopped her conversation and pointed to the fridge and grunted in there As l was the only customer surely when a customer asks for a large order it isn’t to much to ask for a bit if assistance but not this rude person k didn’t seek her name badge but this message is directed the the lady in the brown t-shirt surely you can employ staff that smile and talk to you not grunt No wonder the local IGA does a bumper trade it’s not hard to be friendly and helpful

Not happy with staff customer issue-late morning visit

Hi I was recently at Woollies Riverside - Launceston store. Like most of your stores, it’s refurbishing and moving products. I’m in my senior years & have just had a hip replacement. Wanted to buy a specific canned dog food for my pet, as recommended by vet. Am from Hobart but used to live in Riverside, so knew the store a bit. Found the cat food and dry dog food in one aisle, no canned dog food. Rechecked aisle, thinking must have missed it. Went up aisle either side. No luck, rechecked ends of all nearby aisles. Finally found a worker(no quite prepared to call almost any of the people I spoke to there an ‘assistant’) at check outs- no idea - she asked a more senior person who send me, hobbling somewhat, to a distant aisle in opposite direction-it was the refrigerated dog food-no cans. Asked more workers- absolutely no idea. Back to check out area- finally found someone willing to help properly- she assisted & went looking- took sometime but found cans in an unrelated aisle, far end, labelled ‘pet medication’ or similar. Took around 15 minutes. At check out, spoke to uninterested checker about putting a sign up to help find canned dog food. Also talked to busy manager lady about the process and the inconvenience to me (nicely) and suggested sign to help, maybe with dry dog food. No interest and would be stunned if anyone cared enough to help sort it. Left feeling somewhat hopeless about anyone caring at all. Thank you. Vicki Buchanan
