I’ve been using this app for about 5-6 years now, and I do shop to much to be honest. My only issues, and constructive criticism are, the FREEZING of the App, the crashing while you are browsing products, or saving to your wishlist, also the SLOW interface when you first open the App it takes forever to load, the products and many times I have to exit the App, and then restart it, can you guys please FIX all of these bugs asap. I will continue to use the App no matter what, but it would be a much better experience, if these bugs are fix!
END. is an awesome online retailer. Can’t beat the selection, especially when certain items go on sale. However, the app is, to be honest, one of the worst-performing apps I have ever used. Good luck ever trying to favorite an item. It takes about 20-25 seconds for an item to be successfully favorited. Not only that, but accessing your favorites to begin with sometimes takes upwards of 30 seconds. Sorting or filtering items also occasionally takes a while. Not a very fun experience. This app is best if you already know what you want to buy ahead of time, and simply use this app to checkout. The performance of the app honestly reminds me a bit of the days of dial-up internet. END itself is great, but I’m honestly shocked that such a high-tier retailer would have such a low-performing app.
I love this app. It has become one of my favorite shopping experiences through mobile device. The look and feel of the store is beautifully laid out, and honestly way better than SSENSE. However, over the past couple of months I’ve ran into an annoying feature which has to do with saving an item into your favorites. Currently, when selecting the item you want to save, you have to choose which category it goes into. Based on the user it’ll depend where they store it, but upon clicking it takes far too long for any response. I find myself having to repeatedly press with my finger or wait for a while. It’s not fun and makes it quite a task having to do this for many items. Also it would be nice to include reviews and allow people to write them within the app. I think that would help with choosing something that is right for a customer.
