Initial use simple and very effective

Have made 5 entries so far and this is what I was looking for. Quick start up, no 47 factor I’d, one screen entry. The charts seem quite usable and the test run on the data export was also quick, simple and effective. Your are emailing the log. Just what I wanted!! Now let’s see how it hold up to the long term use. I just need to quickly record the readings and send the log where I need to. Do not need it to link to Space X, start the coffee or walk the the dog.

Good free Aop

The app is much better now since the update you can record more than one reading in 24 hours as long as you close the app and then reopen it you can add another reading no problem other than that. It would be nice to have more room in the comment section other than the amount that is currently available overall this app is great using the free edition without a subscription

Simple, basic BP tracking

Free App with no strings attached, which is why I give it 5 stars vice 4 stars, because it’s not perfect, but it is free and fairly easy to use. The ads at the bottom are easy to ignore and don’t cover up anything. This is very streamlined app for tracking once daily BP measurements and exporting to your health care provider. It’s only one reading per day but in most cases if you are monitoring, the American Heart Association only recommends a daily reading so you know your baseline. The exported data format for the email is date, diastolic, systolic and pulse when most times the readings are read systolic then diastolic. It’s also not so easy to read in the email since different mail service providers will visually format it differently; however, you can download the data via CVS file to manipulate it better in Excel or similar programs. Once you get a template you like, it’s just a few clicks to make it pretty and then save as a pdf to email you provider.
