I reached out immediately after I was charged for another year. Two days after, I reached out to follow up. Six days after that, after not hearing anything back, I reached out again. It was that attempt that the company reached back out and said that my subscription was cancelled and that it was the first time they were hearing of my refund and cancellation request… let me say that again, refund and cancellation request. They did not refund me. A huge problem - I couldn’t even log in to my account to make changes or cancellations... and I hadn’t even used it for months. Not to mention, I did not even get a reminder email about my upcoming charge. Very unprofessional and poor policies. If I don’t get a reminder, then it should not be a policy that there are no refunds. They steal your money because they can’t own up to a successful and professional business model. I don’t recommend. I won’t recommend. I will go out of my way to provide negative reviews and steer others to better, effective, ethical, and professional companies. Luckily, they are out there. Don’t fall for this one.
I’ve been using DS for a while now, and I am loving it! The programs and resources it offers are outstanding—well-structured, diverse, and easy to follow once you get the hang of navigating the app. While the layout was a little tricky to figure out at first, the learning curve was worth it. Once I got used to it, everything fell into place! What I love most is how customizable the programs are. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, there’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for an app that combines expert guidance, flexibility, and real results, this is it. Stick with it—you won’t regret it!
I don't know why this app has just low star reviews with no explanation why it earned such a low rating. I came from another exercise app. This one works differently than the one I'm used to but when there were issues or questions the support team was quick to respond and fix things. The exercises are not guided vocally - it's a written text telling you how to do the move, as well as a video with no sound showing you how to do the move. The workouts can be printed out showing the main exercise names along with any alternates. That makes it easy to look over ahead of time and plan which moves to do. During the actual workout you are able to log your reps and any weights used so there is a history you can review over time. There IS a learning curve with this app but the forum is great and the support team is fast and helpful. Anyone who wants to leave a one star review should leave your reasons so other people can be informed and the developers can find out what it is you don't like.
