At first I was excited for this purchase but after running into a million issues with the app and trying to setup the different profiles it ended up being a nightmare! I was never able to successfully setup more than 1 on the app and after 2 months of use the app just completely stopped working! No matter what I did nothing made it work. I wish I NEVER purchased this big chunk of plastic!!! It was a total waste of my money and a disappointment!!! Get it together you guys! Smh!!!

Well, when it works, this app is ok. It does the bare minimum you need to operate the machine. When it doesn’t work, you can’t even log into the app. Two options. Phone or email. Defaults to phone number, so when I select email, the refuses to and all I have is a numbers keypad to enter my alphanumeric email. Uninstalled it. Reinstalled and it worked. For about 5 days then…yep. Vicious cycle of uninstalling and reinstalling.
