The idea of the Facelink automatic feeder is fantastic and the execution is almost there. Here’s the items I believe must be updated soon: 1. Instructions written and on the app are not well done. This needs immediate attention. 2. In “cat face mode” we should be able to adjust the time interval between feedings. Otherwise my cat just stands there and the feeder continues to give food after a minimal non-adjustable wait period. That needs to be updated now! 3. facialWhile the facial recognition seems to work fine, but the app says to update the photos at night by choosing one of the photos taken by the feeder. However, after two weeks no photos are available. Keep working on this!

Biggest issue I have is with logging in. After creating an account, I try to log in and it tells me my creds. are invalid. Okay, fine, I’ll reset the password. Nope! The email address is invalid. Fine, I’ll try the account creation process again. Guess what? The email address is invalid? Invalid how? I don’t know cause the app (and website) won’t tell me. Somehow I managed to get logged in but then I made the mistake of sharing my account with my spouse which logged me out and now the pain starts all over again…

…the poorly written directions for registering and connecting the unit to wi-fi. I have an M.Ed in Instructional Design, and would be willing to provide assistance. Clearing up this serious issue will create positive initial customer experiences, potentially increasing referrals. The end result is more units sold. I look forward to your response. N. Bowerman
