I've only used the litter box for a few days. And so far the box is working fine. Every time I check it, it's empty. But the app doesn't seem to tell me when the cat has visited very accurately. Sometimes it says no visits for a whole day and I wonder if that could be true? Also the weight changes each time from 3 lbs to 12 lbs. Not important, I guess, but weird. I haven't gotten my first alert about changing the waste bag yet. Will update if/when I do. But short story is the app connected when I set it up, and the litter box is working. So if it will alert me to change the bag, that's all I really need the app to do.

Half of the app is still in Chinese despite selecting English as my language. The recent update seems to have messed things up. Coincidently my sensors started getting wonky same time the app updated. And now it seems some of the info on the app is missing, or maybe it’s just on Chinese now..not sure. App is still usable but definitely needs some work.

Biggest issue I have is with logging in. After creating an account, I try to log in and it tells me my creds. are invalid. Okay, fine, I’ll reset the password. Nope! The email address is invalid. Fine, I’ll try the account creation process again. Guess what? The email address is invalid? Invalid how? I don’t know cause the app (and website) won’t tell me. Somehow I managed to get logged in but then I made the mistake of sharing my account with my spouse which logged me out and now the pain starts all over again…
