The app is really nice, runs smoothly. DRO Health allows you access medical professionals on mobile at a very 'okay' price per session. The app has a voice\video call features which allows you have a voice and visual contact.

I’ve had to delete the app twice on my iPhone because the when it comes to login, I get error message, when I switch to sign up, I get error messages on the location. I have enabled location on my phone, switched multiple options for location but still I get error message. The best thing for the app developers would have done is giving room for individual location setup manually. Integrating the option of choosing location does not work, and it might the reason for customer’s abandoning the app.

The whole process was seamless, although I had a few problems along the line, but the customer service was so prompt in letting me know what was going on, very straightforward. Great app!!
