Davis Vision Member App

This app is unusable. I ended up calling Davis Vision to get my account set up. The nice lady on the phone informed me that Google Chrome is the only browser that works for their website. I was finally able to get it to work. If you’re reading this, don’t download the app. Just use Chrome and call the number (say “I need help” until the robot lets you through to a real person if you don’t know your member id) if you are still having trouble. Remember to check your spam/junk folder for verification codes via email. Good luck.

As others have stated this app is trash. It is not possible to log in. I’ve been trying for several days, since I first downloaded the app, and each time it says it is unable to connect to the server. I am on an iPhone with current updated software. I suspect that Davis vision does not want you to be able to check what your benefits actually are and this is their way of creating a firewall!

I have to call for support because they didn’t respond to email requesting help. Took forever to get my account set up to find out it doesn’t show recent claims. I set up with a user name and password , and a week later it wants an email instead and doesn’t recognize it even through I received an email from them using that email address
