The maid service I used before is great so I decided to try the nail service . Forst of all the technician arrived 1.5 hours late. The technician Maria was excellent and kind and courteous but the service provided by the company is very bad due to two reasons. First of all since this is a home service the company should be ready to have removal solution for all kinds of polish ( gel, french or color). In my case I had gel on and the technician did not have any acetone which is powerful enough to remove the gel so mybhusband went put to the pharmacy to buy acetone. Also, there is no option for gel in the order only color and french and this is also not good. Finally the manager called the technician and started acreaming at the technician because she spent more time at my house since it took her a long time to remove the gel and I had to pay 100 more saudi riyals eventhough its not my fault the company was not ready to service me. I will definitley post more complaints about this service.

The technicians were notified of the items that required mounting, which was a very simple and quick job, not taking more than an hour of work. However, they did not provide an estimate over the phone and agreed to come regardless. Upon their arrival, they requested 800 SR to mount three security cameras that were already programmed and three small paintings, which merely required mounting to the wall without any drilling. Charging 800 SR for the mounting of six small objects seemed exorbitant and unreasonable. When I refused their services at that rate, they immediately dropped the price to 400 SR. Despite my insistence that I would not pay more than 250 SR, they adamantly refused to negotiate further and declined to proceed with the job. Subsequently, they requested 150 SR for the site visit, which they eventually reduced to 50 SR after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Their behavior was unprofessional and a complete waste of time, and I would strongly advise against engaging with such unscrupulous individuals. In contrast, I later engaged Munjiz for the same job, and they charged a reasonable fee of 170 SR for the entire task. Their pricing was transparent and fair, highlighting the unjustifiably high charges imposed by the previous technicians. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this app.

I ordered a deep cleaning - quite expensive - two men showed up with very little equipment and proceeded to 1) not vacuum or sweep whatsoever before pouring a bucket of water on the floor and moving it around with a squeegee, causing a coating of dust to remain everywhere 2) clean every surface, including windows and mirrors, with a terrible smelling DEGREASER, 3) clean every surface, from the toilet to the kitchen taps to door handles, with the SAME dirty microfiber cloth and said degreaser - an absolute health concern. After 4 hours of them cleaning and me trying to explain that everything was still dirty, which is the opposite of a deep cleaning, I gave up. Nevermind the fact that the two employees smelled terrible, demanded to take cigarette breaks on my balcony, and left a worse smell in the apartment than there was before they showed up. Dari claims these people are well-trained, and for deep cleaning, bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies - that is bogus. Please save yourself the trouble and your money and find cleaning services elsewhere. I left a 2-star review on Dari’s app, because at least the men offered to clean upholstery (a service I did not order on the app, and paid for separately), and that was decent. However, Dari made no effort to inquire as to why the review was so low - which says a lot about how little they care about quality control and customer service.
