I had three experiences with this place: 1.First visit: Great. The massage was good and it made me come back. 2.Second visit: Terrible. I specifically asked for a soft massage, and I got the complete opposite. I kept asking her to go softer and she ignored me the whole time. I left with bruises all over my body. 3.Third visit: I decided to give them another chance and booked a hair removal session. They were 2.5 hours late, customer service barely responded, and when they did, they just said they had “too many appointments.” If you can’t handle multiple bookings in a day, don’t accept them. When the technician finally showed up, it ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She literally removed a layer of my skin. When I asked if I should see a doctor, they just said to use a cream and that they would update me during their working hours. Of course, they didn’t. I had to message them again for an update. They finally called and asked for a medical report so they could offer compensation. I went to the emergency room and sent the report. It’s been an hour now, and I’m pretty sure they won’t respond because their working hours end at 9 PM. Not recommended at all. Zero customer service, zero work quality, no respect for people’s time, and on top of everything, they are extremely expensive.
It was a great experience. I will repeat it for sure!
The service itself was good, but the experience was a disaster. Both the masseuse and nail technician were about 45 minutes late, and I had to chase them down for updates. Costumer service was completely unresponsive and I was brushed off with “this happens sometimes”. Instead of a relaxing experience dealing with their lack of professionalism and organization. Absolutely unacceptable.
