Paid for a subscription but couldn’t use it. Couldn’t find credentials. Canceled (top of email).
I really like the magazine but the app doesn't work with a subscription from Apple. I can't get a refund from Apple and the publisher can't refund either. The app keeps asking me to log in and if you don't you can't access issues.
The new app version downloads issues with very resolution images, and the magazine completely looses its appeal. The old app version was great, but its not displaying or downloading any new issues. Canceling my subscription. I called the customer service number listed in the app and they were distinctly unhelpful.
