I was initially promised that my report would be delivered within 24 hours. Instead of receiving the report, I received a call informing me that they were unable to provide the fasting blood sugar report and wanted to collect the sample again. This is not just a delay—this is a serious issue. A patient has to fast for 12 hours, adjust their daily routine, and undergo a blood collection process. Asking for a repeat sample because of an internal error shows a lack of professionalism and respect for the patient’s time and effort. Because of this, I had to miss my doctor’s appointment, take an extra day off from work, and now the patient has to go through another 12-hour fasting period and another blood collection. This has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. After this experience, I am genuinely concerned about the lab’s quality standards. If a basic sample has to be recollected due to their mistake, it naturally raises questions about the reliability and accuracy of their testing process. My advice to anyone planning to get tests done here is to think carefully before choosing this lab. Timely and accurate reports are critical for patient care, and unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its quality control so that no other patient has to go through the same experience.

My first experience with Curelo went really well. It was completely hassle free, i got the option to choose the lab of my own preference at very affordable price. I have been using this app couple of months experience was really bad the said they will provide blood report same day but last 3 month i call there customer support after 2-3 days they provide report after call and requesting. If you have dr appointment next day i will recommend you to please don’t use this application. Just comment here that you people not face the issue what i m facing. I have dr. Appointment and i cancel it just because they not provide report of mine after 2 day. Really disappointed from there services.
