I tried various money transfer apps, this is new thats why UI is pretty basic accepted. Pros: 1) Good conversion rate 2) Referral Bonus, for clients engagements 3) They have tech support which can answer you questions 4) Good Security, only one login Cons: 1) Minimalist UI 2) Too slow in remittances but if need faster lose the rate. Here, Remitly is pretty good. 3) On Transaction Failures no notification or email triggered. You have to go to app to see the status. Failures alerts not configured! Only happy path works. 4) Can’t copy transaction id with an icon(bug alert) 5) No face recognition as security, have to add number to make it login, typical old style 6) App, actually opens web page - can see web footer on landing page or maybe designed like this. 7) Why can’t I login both on app or web (bug alert) - is it because I’m logging via web even in app so no multiple web sessions thus logging in web logs out from app! These are observations can help others to decide to use this platform or not. Also, give chance to team to improvise.
