I will never forget the life of me understand why they COX always send a bill to me for the next month and I haven’t even received those services and nobody can give me an explanation that makes sense, so I never pay it and only pay for the current month I am in and I get dinged and charged with late fees, it’s not fair. I’m a hard-working an American man with the family defeat and the mortgage to pay so why should I pay for something I haven’t even received yet???

Wherever I have moved to Cox‘s always been there. And being able to pay on mine when I don’t have enough money to pay the full amount.. Art has only have done the amount and that they offered me. And I thought I had to talk to an actual person. I went to find out what time they reopened. And it was so easy to Access was incredible. Grateful, Sarah🐾🐾🎄

Cox will Promise you the world, watch out once you sign the contract then they will Not help your company except to charge the SH_ T out of you! The Business Phones are awful and Business Security stop working and I was not notified, asked Cox remind me what I am paying for! Never received a response. Left bad reviews No company person has ever notified me or to see how they can help me to work together to improve my Business. All I get is a extra bill when you asked to get a technician to fix there problem!
