Costco Wholesale Australia

One of the worst service from Costco. I ordered robotic vacuum through online on 16 Nov 2025 and still have not received the order. They are playing cat and mouse race with me. Contacted Costco multiple times wasting 15-20 minutes every time for my call to attend with no resolution. When contacted Australia post multiple times, they said that the order is with Star Trek. They again have to contact Start trek, to my surprise, they said that the order deliver is with Australia post, and asked me to contact them and closed my ticket. This is very annoying and disgusting. I have to spend so much time even after spending 750 AUD and the product not delivered and no one is taking responsibility. I did not expected such worst service from them , even after we spend so much money to be a member. Shame on Costco. When they can’t deliver what they promise, then do take orders.

I would like to suggest moving the digital membership card out of the ‘My Costco’. Every time I access ‘My Costco,’ the screen brightness automatically increases to the maximum. This is very uncomfortable, especially when I’m at home in a dimly lit environment and just want to check my purchases, rewards, or notifications. The sudden brightness is harsh on the eyes. It would be great if this feature could be placed elsewhere or if the brightness adjustment could be made optional.

Can’t even log in. No idea where it is trying to pull the user account from because the website works fine. The app team needs to sort this out. Update: So I managed to get in touch with the support team for accounts. For some reason, there was some kind of bug with the account where my email was used already. Will be diving more into the app now to see if there is anything useful I can review on to make this app better.
