Connected Living by Sentrics

This has got to be one of the worst apps ever. Aside from dining menus, the directory and the (sometimes incomplete) calendar, finding information is virtually impossible. Our community deserves a better-designed website. I was a designated cheerleader/ambassador for the site for its first two years, but have, in total frustration, given up that role. Our independent living director, the manager, is doing her best with what CL has to offer, but the app design makes it a near-to- impossible task!

I keep getting alerts daily. I cannot seem to remove them even after going through all pages. Don’t know what is “new”. I got app because I was asked to by the living facility where my beloved aunt resides. They said that all communication would come through this app. So far all I see updated are daily menus, activities, and national CoVid numbers. Don’t care about National CoVid numbers for a virus that although is highly contagious, is just a virus that can be managed with proper care given early. Can’t wait to delete this app when the “crisis” is over

The Connected Living system is so user-friendly & a great resource to connect you to your loved ones. The CL support team is absolutely amazing and so helpful. We are so thankful to utilize this wonderful system at our Assisted Living community in Charleston.
