Make LOA request process easy by limiting dropdowns also in uploading Doctors request - ALLOW US TO UPLOAD VIA PHOTO ALBUM instead of taking actual photos. This app is so left behind. Other HMO has better platform. Step it up!

Called Cocolife phone number to request for an LOA and they say it would be faster going through the app and the agent assisted me on how to sign up and what numbers to omit in my ID and account numbers (apparently you should be removing certain zeros) in order for sign up. Requested my LOA through the app. Had to call them back though to say I've requested as I was worrying if I'd get the LOA in time for my scheduled lab test. The agent placed me on hold and confirms she has processed it. I refreshed the app while on the same call, and in it is my LOA already! Very cool, no need going through my company's HR to request LOA for tests (like what I was previously doing which took DAYS. Plural). Also this app is very helpful for members who has no physical card delivered by their companies yet! And no need to bring the actual physical card in appointments too! I can just show my card in the and and my experience so far, clinics have never declined it

The app should have the option to choose a clinic or hospital not located in the same city especially for diagnostic tests. Example if you had the consultation in Angeles City but opts to get the lab tests in Mabalacat City there should be the list of facilities in the list. With this, we would not be using the email LOA request process. Thanks!
