Your app is a hit-or-miss! There are times it works but there are also times it does not work. Like no OTP is being generated/being sent to the phone number. Tried all the troubleshooting I could so to make sure it was not the internet, or phone issue but it was still the same and I hate it when it does this! It's quite frustrating! 😡

If you don’t want headaches don’t download this app! For 1 week I’ve been trying to send the money I cash-in at Bayad App to another wallet and bank but not even 1 transaction came out successful! Been emailing their support everyday and they will reply just when they want to reply and they will just askbyou to update your phone your app re install your app etc. for godsake I’m done with all of that since they 1 and this is day 7 now! Still no concrete answer why I can’t send my money to other bank and wallet even if my account is UPGRADED ACCOUNT! So guys use other payment apps if you don’t want to experience I’m experiencing right now. Poor App Poor Customer Service! If I can give you a ZERO STAR that is your Rate right now 👎

I used Bayad center app to pay my home credit loan. It was successfully processed and a reference number was also shown in the app. After 2 days the funds still not posted, I checked their Facebook page and I saw someone commented with the same situation, so I also commented the SS of the payment I made. The FB admin said to send them a direct message so I did. I sent them more than 5 messages, but they just seen my messages. I sent them an email to raise my concern with the details of my payment and ask them to just return my money. The following day my funds were back and when I tried to withdraw it my account shows Basic and I needed to upgrade it to be able to withdraw/send a funds. But the day that I created an account I upgraded it right away and got approve the following day and every time I clicked upgrade now it will route me to the page where it shows the benefits of upgrading your account and it was showing my account was upgraded. This app is very useless! The whole team lacks of everything! They don't even respond to Facebook and their support team is no help at all.
