Clubster

It’s 6:30pm on the East Coast and I was trying like heck to access my account for my Cape Cod golf club and that users Clubster. If you know anything about the app Clubster you know it is ground zero for any golf club with communications but the software is only as good as the input it actual gets from your club. After 20 minutes of trying to access my account I send a message to Clubster in the “help” section. Within one minute, I have a call from the Owner and Developer of Clubster and he actually goes on on home page for The Cape Club on Cape Cod, MA and overwrites the program to add a portal to our “Club Membership Resource” menu that should have been there from our club months ago!Who does that in this day and age at 6:30pm eastern time….. Nick does, the owner and developer of Clubster! Incredible!!!

I have the pleasure of working with Clubster daily at a golf course in South Carolina, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The website is user-friendly, and our members consistently express their appreciation for its intuitive layout. If it were possible to rate the app 500 out of 5 stars, I would do so without hesitation. Additionally, the customer support team is outstanding. They answer calls promptly and guide me through any issues I encounter, providing solutions with ease. Their commitment to accepting feedback and continuously improving the app and website for a better user experience is commendable. Overall, my experience with Clubster has been exceptional, and I look forward to seeing their continued growth and enhancements. #TeamClubster

This app is your club’s solution to keeping membership informed. You can sign up for tournaments and pay for them right from the app. You can set up groups (Tues AM group, for example). For a non-Facebook guy like me, this app is the answer to staying off those social media behemoths. Our Superintendent is able to give us a morning briefing each day about course conditions. Our kitchen gives us lunch and dinner specials. Customer service is just about the best I’ve ever seen. Quick responses and solutions are the norm. I posted a problem and got an email within the hour. When I still had issues, I got a phone call within 5 min. Best thing to happen to my club since they cut down my favorite tree!
