Most app will have one feature. I like the fact that you can have recipes, scan for nutrition, and meal prep. It’s really all in one.
I’ve been using CleanBowl for a while now and it’s one of the easiest health eating apps I’ve tried! I like eating clean and keeping track of what I’m putting in my body, but I don’t have time for complicated logging. I like the the fact that you can get so many ideas on what to eat a day as well as a reminder of your shopping list which is amazing and helps save so much time and feel more organized. I’ve you’re trying to stay consistent with healthy habits without overthinking about every meal , this app will help you keep on track
