App is not user friendly at all. The back arrows don’t take you to the main page (instead you just get stuck in one sub-section and have to close/reopen the app just to access anything else) and pages keep hanging. Very poorly designed and i can hardly use it to find any information, let alone access my account info or make bookings.
I installed the app more than 4 weeks ago, so I can use it to access a CSC pool as an associate member. When I try to register the first time, it just hangs. Since then I’ve tried many different browsers, devices and even the computer to register, over the past month. It just goes to a blank screen now and doesn’t work at all. Now I can’t use any CSC facilities because this app is required for access. Very disappointed
Every time click on back arrow, doesn’t bring you back to previous page. Instead you get logged out & have to sign in all over again. Very frustrating to keep signing in every time u click back button
