App needs improvement
App needs better functionality with searching for members. Search, click on a result, and arrow back to you should still be in list of results. Instead, it kicks you out and you have to redo the search. Member profiles should be able to have more info to create better search parameters like company, location, etc. App crashes constantly or freezes up.

Good to have an app but some changes needed
The app doesn't seem to sync with online activity - I constantly have unread notifications and unread community posts that I have already read and/or responded to. As someone who hates seeing unread notifications on my phone I end up wasting a ton of time on the app!
