CFX Fitness made easy

Cannot log in and cannot enter the club without the app. Have emailed customer support for help with this as well. App does not let you reset your login either, so basically because of this new app I cant enjoy the membership that I am paying for. Old app was much better, if i cant get this app to work soon I will be signing up for Crunch instead.

We are required to use this app to get into the club, but I can’t even sign in. And everytime I go to the door people are piling up until someone lets us in because nobody’s app works. Ridiculous. Finding a new gym.

Cfx does not give you a choice whether you want to use this or not. When I get off work I want to go to the gym immediately and not wait, that’s what I did, I had to wait outside 10 minutes to set this thing up. It feels inconvenient to use and a downgrade from the previous system.
