This app has great features once you can get into it, but it takes way too long to think after logging in and only sometimes shows current info IF you can get it to refresh which it often won’t do at all. It just buffers. All 4 of my family has the exact same complaint and we have all updated the app and done everything possible on our end. Makes it hard to run our businesses. Disappointing

Amy Ausland has been AMAZING ! She helped me when I had a fraud issue recently. I was freaking out and felt like I was left hanging by my old bank. Amy was compassionate and helpful. She went above and beyond her role and treated me like a longtime friend. I changed over my my banking to Citizens and my loyalty!.

Great update, much more user friendly and so much customization. The ability to add details and even receipts or images to transactions for tracking purposes is a game changer.
