Connections Credit Union

I’ve been with Connections since it was Potelco and Boisetelco. I’ve never had an issue with the institution or with any employee. They are always nice and helpful. The app does everything I need it to. I recommend!

Been banking with CCU for at least 15 years or more. For the most part, I’m very happy. Love the staff downtown, Melissa & Gary. I wish all branches were this friendly. But my two major complaints are: 1. No deposits at the ATM, so no ability to do after hours deposits. 2. I hate the new location on Fairview in Boise. Not easy to get in or out of, & we have to contend with way more traffic than the previous location. The two combined are bad.

Im glad they finally added an app! It works nice, it’s very user friendly, and it simplifies so much! I only wish they had a section for credit card points in the app, but that a very minor thing anyways Thank you guys for finally getting an app
