My favorite feature is being able to instantly message the pharmacists. I can’t find anything wrong with this service. It’s so convenient.

I started using CaryRx during the pandemic so I didn’t have to go out and risk catching the virus. I was a little skeptical at first-I’d had a rough go with virtual Walgreens and virtual CVS. Now however, even after the pandemic ends, I plan to still use CaryRx for all my prescriptions. Why? Their customer service is absolutely unbeatable. I never feel like I’m talking to a machine-I can always tell it’s a real person on the other end of the app. When I had an issue with the amount of pills in one of my medicines, they figured out what the problem was for me and advised me on how I could get it fixed! And most wonderfully, it’s free! I don’t understand how they do it, but I’m so grateful they do! I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Like someone else said, I’m definitely a Cary Convert!

Okay, here I am... waiting at the drugstore for over an hour to get meds. It’s a monthly thing for me. Normally it isn’t an hour. Sometimes it’s 15 minutes, sometimes it’s 20. You’re able to schedule your delivery for when it’s convenient for YOU! Why would anyone get their meds any other way? Going to the drugstore pharmacy is literally like emailing your boss through Western Union Telegram. Sure, it works, but it isn’t 1918 anymore.
