Finding the RIGHT provider to enter into a home and support your loved ones can be a daunting challenge. Craig at CareClic is clearly "called" to do this work. He exceeded my expectations from the initial home visit, and his ongoing customer service demonstrates he really cares about his clients. He's been extremely responsive to any and all of my questions and concerns; he's kept me up-to-date and in the loop as to how things are going on a day-to-day basis; and he's generously shared informational resources to help support our family. It was no surprise to me that the home health aide Craig assigned to work with our family was absolutely excellent. Living out of state and knowing that Care Click was on the job provided me with enormous relief and peace of mind, and critically needed support for both my father and his wife.
