Day 1 I like some of the features. I have used a tracker for years. What I have a question with is portions. Some foods only have one unit of measurement such as cup or tablespoon. If I want to enter by scanning or writing in a search I would like measurement options. Ounce, lbs., grams etc. I sometimes use .4 ounces of milk, for example. Trying to contact customer support is difficult. The phone number has too many numbers and the hotmail email, that I sent an inquiry hasn’t responded yet. I only have 3 days of free trial. Tick tock. This is my attempt to get some kind of reply. Are additional units of measurements coming or can I enter measurement units somehow & not in quick entry. Please reply!!
Overall I like the app but the scanning your food feature has issues. It seems fine if it is the entire thing. But if you want less than that and trying to figure how much you can have with the calories you still have left, it is a nightmare. Wildly inconsistent. I wanted cut fruit. I added one piece of honeydew to my cut fruit dish that scanned at 196 calories and suddenly it was claiming the whole thing was 400 calories. Nor will it let you add the amount of calories when I wanted to add a in and out cheeseburger.
This app is a game-changer for anyone serious about losing weight and getting healthy. The extensive food database and barcode scanner simplify tracking meals, while the community support and challenges keep you motivated. The detailed reports and insights help you make informed decisions about your diet. Highly recommend!
