Awesome app. I can’t imagine my practice without call my Doc any more. It’s smart, reliable and keeps my patient’s connected even after hours. I don’t have to be on hold with the pharmacy for hours anymore to refill prescriptions after hours. It responds to patients in seconds. All the encounter goes back to patients charts documented clearly. Can’t recommend it enough. Five stars.
Promises world-class customer support but owner doesn't seem to read through the problem description and keeps suggesting solutions that don't have anything to do with the problem. Instead of improving the app they are removing functionality. Owner is great and responsive until he closes the sale and thereafter seems annoyed when problems are reported. App is buggy and keeps paging non-app users even when they are not on the call schedule.
Something has got to change with the way you enter the passcode. The scrolling between numbers is the equivalent of trying to use an old rotary phone, just have a keypad please
