I’ve been meaning to leave a review for others to read. I’ve have been throughly enjoying these meditations in this app. I love how there are different lengths too. Mid day quick reset there’s something for that. Or a longer for a morning or evening session! Love!!! The app is easy to navigate, you can favorite meditations, and there is an option for music or no music! Great app!!

Do yourself a favor and download this app! Whether you’re a seasoned or new meditator, the welcoming interface and variety of meditations are accessible and effective. Especially loving the 5 day anxiety detox!

I never realized how much a calming user interface would contribute to my relaxation until I used this app! It is so beautiful and extremely user-friendly. The meditations feel personally curated like you’re in-person with the creator. I like that you can select your favorites to easily find your go-to meditations when you need them. Looking forward to seeing more content from this platform!
